Celeste Cai (Port Moody): Mondays and Tuesdays (Virtual), Waitlist for in-person sessions. Please note that Celeste is away for most of October 2025 and availability is therefore limited.

Sho Sho O (City Hall Vancouver): Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays (in-person and virtual); Thursdays (virtual).

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel/reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 48 hour advanced notice, otherwise the full session rate will still apply.
